Yoga Blend

Description

Center your body and mind and stretch the possibilities... Join Instructor Eileen for this 55+ friendly yoga blend and strengthen and stretch muscles throughout your body. This class includes sun salutations to move you gracefully through postures. Participants will focus on breath work and alignment. The emphasis of this class is always on the Connection of the Body, Mind, and The Spirit. Classes are geared toward individual needs. Participants must provide their own mat.

Times: Mondays 8:30am - 9:30am
Wednesdays at 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Location: Fairway Community Center 
Fee: $10 per class - drop-ins are welcome
Note: Participants must bring their own mat. There is no online registration for this program.
