Registration is Easy!

Registration for all programs must be made through the TCPUD Parks & Recreation office unless otherwise indicated. Fees must be paid at the time of registration.

THE 2009/2010 CATALOG IS IN THE MAIL

Phone-in Registration

Phone-in registration will be accepted with MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Have your card ready when you call. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. You must have a current registration form on file to register by phone. Just call 530-583-3440, extension 10.

Online Registration

You must have a valid credit card. Online registrations are subject to a convenience fee that will appear with the activity fee on your credit card statement as a payment made to Active.com. The convenience fees are applied to the entire order. * With a $2.00 minimum per registration per person.

FEE STRUCTURE:

  • Registration Fee----------Processing Fee
  • $0-$150-----------------------6.5% plus $.50
  • $150.01-$500----------------3.5% plus $5.00
  • $500.01 and up--------------2.5% plus $10.00

In Person Registration

Walk-in registration is accepted at the TCPUD Parks and Recreation office during business hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday at the Rideout Community Center at 740 Timberland Lane, Tahoe City.

Mail in your Registration

You can even use the U.S. Mail...
Send the completed registration form along with credit card information, a check, or a money order to:

DO NOT SEND CASH. Your check will be returned if the activity for which you are registering is full. You will be placed on a waiting list for that activity.

The Refund Department

If the Department cancels a program, a 100% refund will be given. If a participant cancels at least 5 working days before the activity start date, an 80% refund will be issued. If a participant cancels within 4 working days before the activity start date, no refund will be issued. You must speak with a staff member regarding cancellations and refunds. The district reserves the right to cancel any programs.

The bike trails are officially closed for the winter season and will re-open in the spring once the snowpack has melted.
