We are closed for the season, thank you for a great 2023/2024 season at the park!

We want to express our immense gratitude to everyone for another fantastic season at the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park! The support and love from the community for the park are deeply appreciated. We share your passion for the park and eagerly anticipate your return in November. As the temperatures and sun position become less favorable to maintaining a safe skating surface beyond early March, our focus shifts to preparing the Tahoe City Golf Course for spring golfers. Depending on weather conditions, our anticipated opening date for the Golf Course is May 3. While the ice rink may no longer be available after March 10, the trails will remain open as conditions permit. We'll continue grooming them for as long as possible, so skiers, walkers, and dogs are welcome to enjoy the trails. Just a friendly reminder to clean up after your furry companions!

Looking for winter fun for the whole family – including your dog? Join us at the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park, Tahoe City's one of a kind, all-inclusive winter recreation facility. The park offers a safe sledding hill, 4 km of cross country ski and snowshoe trails, and an ice skating rink.

For the 2023-24 season, on the ice rink, sled hill, and cross-country ski and snowshoe trail, advance reservations are strongly recommended. Limited walk-ups will be permitted. No guarantee space will be available without an advance reservation.

No equipment? No problem! Cross country skis, snowshoes, sleds, ice skates, and skating aids are available to rent online with your reservation.

Kids of all ages (yes, adults too) love the Tahoe City Winter Sports Park. Come join us!
