You are invited to participate in a community workshop to discuss restoration options for Pomin Park and Polaris Creek in Tahoe City. The focus of the workshop will be restoring the natural function of Polaris Creek and wetland while also preserving the recreational amenities associated with Pomin Park. Your input and participation are critical to ensuring North Lake Tahoe’s environment and community resources are protected.

This project is in very early stages of development, with local agencies collaborating together on a feasibility study. Project partners are California State Parks, Placer County, Tahoe City Public Utility District, Tahoe Resource Conservation District and California Tahoe Conservancy.
