Also known as meditation in motion, this class taught by Dave Norehad combines the Tai Chi/Chi Gung slow rhythmic movement with breathing to help increase balance, reflexes, and calmness of mind.



Tai Chi classes at the Fairway Community Center are canceled until further notice. 


Winter - Spring Session, Begins January 6:

Monday and Wednesday; January 6 - May 13 (No Class 1/20, 2/17, 3/9, 3/11, 3/16, 3/18, 3/23, 4/13)

Ages: 18+

Monday: 4pm - 5pm 

Wednesday: 5pm - 6pm

Location: Fairway Community Center 

$15  Drop-in per class
