Please note: If you are applying from outside the Tahoe/Truckee area, keep in mind that extreme winter road conditions may affect travel. For local applicants, we’re conveniently located near TART bus stops, making it easy to get to work.
Duties Include:
- Take the lead on the day-to-day coordination of recreation programs and activities
- Help organize programs, leagues, special events, facilities, and schedules
- Assign daily program activities to seasonal team members and volunteers
- Serve as a go-to resource for established program procedures and activities
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has 1- 3 years recreation experience and/or has studied in the fields of recreation, leisure studies, or physical education
- Can obtain First Aid/CPR certificaiton in first 6 months of employment
- Possesses strong customer service skills
- Enforces safety standards
Pay Range: $28 - $34/Hour (DOE)
