The TCPUD Parks & Recreation's Summer Online Registration Opening Day is scheduled for Residents* only on Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 10am.
Non-Resident online registration opens Tuesday, May 9th, 2023 at 12pm.
*Resident rate refers to customers that live and/or own property in the Tahoe City Public Utility District service area. Residents of the service area receive a reduced rate off many of our recreation fees as a portion of their property taxes are used to support parks and recreation services. Description
Let's Get Aquatic! This is a beginner class designed to educate students in the fundamentals of water safety in a fun way. Students will explore the elements of sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and water safety along with environmental preservation of the Lake.
Camper to staff ratio is 8:2.
Come ready to go in the water with appropriate attire and closed-toed water shoes. Bring:
- Towel
- Warm Dry Clothes
- Sunscreen
- Lunch
- Water Bottle
- It is encouraged to bring your own Wetsuit and Life Jacket, however, free weekly rentals are available upon request.
